Tokyo Ghoul
Tokyo ghoul is an anime that i recommend to people 13 or older. The reason for this is that it is really gory. It shows killing and cannibalism, but overall it has a good plot and a lot of action. The main character Ken Kaneki gets turned into a half ghoul and has a change in his body.
I definitely recommend watchimg it if you like a good anime with gore and action and body mutation.
Definitely watch this if you have the time.
