I believe this is true because doing right isn't something you should be rewarded with. Maybe an appraise but not a reward. Getting a reward for being right isn't doing right because you're accepting something for no reason but doing right. If you get a reward it should be internally. You should reward yourself, people shouldn't reward you. That's bad.
