A Promise

I think this true for the most part but there are times when breaking a promise can be a good thing. One occasion in which breaking a promise would be if one of your friends is suicidal and they haven't gotten any help, and they told you to rpomise not to tell anybody, you have no choice but to break the promise to keep your friends life safe. There are many different scenarios in which breaking a promise could be crucial to someone's life. It is good to keep promise that is beneficial to you or your family, but if it risks someones life its better to break it and save someone than be the cause of their death.
